Tour Scotland Caputh Video. Caputh village, Perthshire, Scotland is located on the A984 road from Dunkeld to Meikleour, 4 miles east of Dunkeld. Immediately south, the River Tay is crossed by the Victoria Bridge which was built in 1887.
